September 3, 2015

Dear Musea Readers,

The Musea Sculpture issue #197, is in the mail, out at all the usual places (except McKinney Avenue Contemporary, that has closed and moved,)  and online at  – thanks to Webmaster Matthew.
This issue has an alphabet full of sculpture ideas A-Z that range from realistic to abstract.  See which is your favorite.
The issue also has excerpts of recent reviews of my 3 novels.  See what you think.

This is the sculpture, CANDLE,  on the cover of the issue.  It is made up of two things, a thermal paper plastic roll, and a waded up piece of paper.
I was in the box office, and instead of throwing the empty roll away, I  wadded up the last bit of blank paper, and  stuffed it into the open end – Candle!

The issue also contains recent reviews of 3 of my four streaming books , pictured here.

Christmas Tree (out of tins)

December 10, 2014

Final 1 of 2

Over the years I’ve collected many tins of all kinds. This year I wanted to use my Christmas tins as decorations. So I thought II’d try to turn them into a Christmas tree. After 2 attempts where walls of tins came tumbling down, with major racket and clanging on my wood floor, I got it. Neighbor Marci took some great photos. This was my favorite. Note there is one New Years tin in the mix, and of course an Angel on the top!
