Pluto – Gatekeeper! Gatekeeper! (poem)

August 25, 2015

PLUTO

Gatekeeper! Gatekeeper!
open your gate!
You’re the last of the nine
and the first of the next

Gatekeeper! Gatekeeper!
open your gate!
to all the cold worlds
with off kilter orbs.

Gatekeeper! Gatekeeper!
what a vast land
isolated fragments
barely sun held

Gatekeeper! Gatekeeper!
without delay
let be go through
till I come to the next.

(This is part of a novel in progress called “Writings in Science” – a History of the Future).
