Musea Quizzical (after a vacation)

The answer to, and winner (if any) for, our last contest question of:

I just bought a 2 record set of Mahler’s Symphony #2 the Resurrection Symphony, a big sprawling orchestral work – sweet. I played side one, then turned it over but on the other side was side four! Did I buy a defective record? Explain.

IS:
The records are made so that both discs can be put on your turntable at the same time. Then when side one is done, the next record drops and side two plays. Then you turn both records over and play side three and four.

I had no correct answers – Seems the right side was not up on this one. I don’t dumb down so please wise up.
