The answer to, and winner (if any) for, our last contest question of:
This one starts out being about architecture and ends up with photography! Question: Is there graffiti on the top of the Great Pyramid of Giza? Yes or no won’t win. You have to give proof of your answer!
Well I’ll let our winner tell you:
“Apparently, three Russian photographers (and risk-taking daredevils) Vitaliy Raskalov, along with Vadim Mahorov and Marat Dupri, recently climbed the
great pyramid to get some great shots, and with great stealth, because it would have probably meant jail time …
They found various works of art, aka ‘graffiti’, in the form of paintings and inscriptions, in Arabic, French, and Russian … But the most interesting ‘graffiti’ on the pyramids are the 4500 year old examples left by the workers who actually built them…but usually on the inside though.
This week’s winner is Ouisie from Hickory Hills, IL. Seems the rest of you never got to the point on this one. I don’t dumb down so please wise up.

THIS WEEK’S QUESTION
Claude Monet, the great Impressionist painter, developed a style in later years he termed painting the ‘enveloppe’. What does that art term mean? Good Luck!
