Musea Art Contest 1/25/11

The answer to, and winner (if any) for, our last contest question of:

Believe it or not (according to the magazine Mental Floss / Matt Soniak), there’s one disease that has many of the Vampire symptoms such as: it attacks the central nervous system altering moods and behaviors and leads to insomnia. Sufferers become agitated and demented, and they have muscular spasms that can even lead to spitting up blood, spasms that can be triggered by bright lights, mirrors, and strong smells (garlic maybe?).

Topping all that is the fact that when the Vampire stories were at their height this disease was breaking out in parts of Europe such as Hungary!

Name the Vampire like disease!

Rabies. There was an epidemic in Hungary that hit dogs, wolves, and humans between 1721-1728.

I had no eligible winners. Seems y’all were more zombie than batty on this one!

I don’t dumb down, so please wise up!

Now on to a new Q.: Win a copy of my NEW cd CALLED ‘30′! – (first anti-band CD) or my NEWER cd CALLED ‘NEXT”(‘06) or my NEWEST cd CALLED ‘THIRDS” (May ‘07) or my MORE NEWEST cd Called “FOUR-TH” ‘08 or my Just RELEASED MOST NEWEST cd CALLED ‘5-TH’(Nov.’09)( one of the 5 CD set). (has them all plus videos and more) if you are the first to e-mail me at THIS ADDRESS: tom-hendricks @ blanks of course) with the correct answer to this art question*

This modern classic novel, first published in 1988 has the world record for most translated book by a living author with 67 languages. It has sold 65 million copies in 150 countries. What’s “novel” about it is the author’s online selling strategy. He posts free copies of it. This seems to spur sales like crazy! Name the author and bestseller AND publishers take note!
